For Carriers, MGAs & Brokers

The verified risk-data layer for construction

VERIWOLF turns a contractor's daily operations — the same record that runs the gate, the safety suite, and the daily report — into verified, current risk data underwriters and loss-control engineers can read.

Not a survey. Not self-reported. A byproduct of how the GC already works.

tHE GATE BOOKEND

Fitness-for-duty in. Injury attestation out

The gate is the one place every worker passes through twice a day. VERIWOLF uses it to capture the two facts that decide most workers' comp disputes.

In— Fitness-for-duty check-in

Before the gate opens, each worker confirms on the kiosk: drug- and alcohol-free, unimpaired, healthy to perform duties.

Gate relay opens after attestation. Time-stamped, per worker.

Out—Injury attestation check-out

On the way out, the worker states whether they were injured or felt job-related discomfort.

"No" records a clean attestation.
"Yes" sends them to the site office and notifies the employer, GC, site safety officer, and carrier account manager — same day, not weeks later.

The fraud-defense backbone

Every check-out leaves a time-stamped record. When a late claim surfaces, the carrier answers two questions from the gate alone — was the claimant on site that day, and did they report an injury when they left?

A claim against a string of "no injury" records is a very different conversation than one with no record at all.

ONE PLATFORM, THE WHOLE JOBSITE.

What underwriters get — four categories, one record.

Each category produces a verifiable record. None quotes a premium, sets a credit, or predicts a loss — they give underwriters and loss-control engineers cleaner inputs.

Gate-derived hours by worker and trade, grouped by NCCI class code. Premium-audit-grade — from verified time-on-site, not estimated payroll.

One-click FNOL packets with gate history, attestations, PTP/JSA, weather, and cert status. Same-day evidence a claim adjuster usually chases for weeks.

A 0–100 score combining leading indicators, lagging indicators, compliance, and theft prevention. Every component shown in a breakdown — explainable, not a black box.

Every sealed record — ledgers, FNOL packets, audit packs — chained with HMAC digests. A later edit breaks the chain. The insurer portal shows a live data-integrity check

How VERIWOLF maps to the decisions you're already making

Organized around the four questions every underwriter is actually answering. VERIWOLF supplies the structured data; it does not underwrite, set rates, or act as a broker. The GC chooses what to share.

OSHA Enforcement & ITA

SAM.gov

Dun & Bradstreet

State License Boards

COI Verification

FMCSA SAFER/SMS

  1. OSHA Enforcement & ITA — inspections, citations, penalties, establishment injury/illness data.

  2. SAM.gov — federal entity registration (UEI/CAGE), exclusions/debarment list.

  3. State license boards — license status, classification, bond, disciplinary history.

  4. FMCSA SAFER/SMS — motor-carrier safety profile for contractors with fleet exposure.

  5. Dun & Bradstreet — firmographics, years in business, revenue band, financial-stress scores.

  6. COI verification — third-party verification of active WC/GL/umbrella certificates and limits.

  7. VERIWOLF never fabricates data. A source that isn't connected contributes nothing.

  8. Enrichment results are stored separately from the contractor's self-reported fields.

Pull the dataset. Get pushed the events that matter.

When a GC grants access, a carrier consumes the risk dataset two ways.

↓ PULL — Risk profile feed

Token-scoped JSON feed returns the full underwriting data sheet, leading/lagging indicators, claims summary, Risk Signal Score with component breakdown, and verified WC exposure base by NCCI
class code.

Watermarked Underwriter Submission Pack (PDF) available from the same token.

↑ PUSH — Signed real-time events

Register a webhook URL. VERIWOLF POSTs HMAC-SHA256-signed events the moment they happen:

  • injury reported at gate check-out

  • entry denied on failed fitness check

  • incident reported with FNOL evidence packet
    cert expiry

  • PTP events

Same-day signal that a claim may be coming —delivered straight to your system

Access is per-GC and consent-based. The contractor issues a scoped token from inside VERIWOLF and can revoke it at any time. Every signature uses a secret shown once at setup for payload authenticity verification.

When the footage and the data agree.

Where a site runs UniFi Protect cameras — the AI Pro at the gate produces structured person and vehicle events — those events line up with access and attestation timestamps.

Footage and data corroborate each other instead of living on a DVR nobody can find after an incident.

Three ways to put it to work.

Win and keep accounts by helping GCs prove low risk. The gate tier is deliberately low-cost — often free — so you can recommend or require it without a budget fight.

MODEL

HOW IT WORKS

Offer a documented credit for verifiable leading-indicator performance. GC drives indicators up, recordables down; carrier rewards improvement; VERIWOLF supplies evidence.

Premium-credit program

Bring VERIWOLF to insured GCs via referral or revenue-share. Standard pricing; differentiated risk-monitoring story.

Co-sell / referral

Buy the gate tier for your book as a value-add. Roll a risk-data dashboard across consenting insured contractors and wrap-up programs

Carrier-paid & portfolio

The lines this data speaks to.

LINES

WHY IT MATTERS

Highest-frequency construction claim line. Strains, overexertion, falls from height, struck-by, motor-vehicle incidents. The gate bookend directly addresses the date-of-loss and injury-reporting questions that drive disputes.

Workers' Comp

EMR (baseline 1.0) multiplies WC premium up or down — but lags real performance by 1–2 years. VERIWOLF shows live leading indicators driving the trend now, before the EMR catches up.

EMR & pricing

$300M–$1B/yr industry-wide. Heavy-equipment thefts average tens of thousands each. Access control with after-hours alerts and badge logs directly attacks this line.

Theft & property

ONE PLATFORM, THE WHOLE JOBSITE.

Every field an underwriter asks for — one structured record.

Four categories, combining GC self-reports at enrollment with what VERIWOLF measures from real operations.

Firmographics & eligibility

Years in business, NAICS/class codes, annual revenue and payroll, license number/state/status, SAM UEI & DUNS

Coverage & financial standing

WC, GL, umbrella carrier, policy numbers, limits and expiry; COI on file; bonding capacity.

Loss history & experience

EMR trend, self-reported TRIR/DART, OSHA citation history, loss-run summary, categorized claims register (WC, GL, property, theft).

Safety program & live behavior

Written program, drug & alcohol testing, dedicated safety officer, return-to-work, sub-COI verification — corroborated by live leading indicators from the field.

We supply data. We don't underwrite

VERIWOLF is not an insurer, broker, or actuary. We never quote premiums, promise a rate, or set credits. Carriers and brokers own pricing and the regulated relationship.

Attestations are a worker self-declaration — not a medical exam or drug test. VERIWOLF records what a worker attests; the employer owns the fitness-for-duty decision.

Worker PII — badges, photos, certs, health and incident data — is sensitive. Capture is tenant-controlled, consent-aware, and scoped.

Any carrier-facing data sharing is the policyholder's call.

SOC 2 posture is in progress — never described as "certified."

We sell the mechanism — a verifiable daily record — never a claim-reduction or fraud-savings figure unless a carrier's own book backs it in writing.

Let's model it on your book.

20 minutes. The gate bookend, the indicators, and the submission pack — on a real project structure. We'll model the value on your own claim costs.
